A while ago, Red and Green on bulbapedia had their ages labeled as 30+ because of Porygon, which was a bit absurd.
But what kind of math would be required to even get them to be that age?

External Timeline

• if you go by in universe times and release dates... well, it paints an interesting number for ages but I’m not saying they’re like 30 something that’s nuts
• rbgy: 11
• gsc: 14
• if rse was in a different timeline where frlg was a new story then they'd be 17. The remake would just be on Sevii islands since FRLG is just remade kanto.
• then by hgss they'd be 20
• it's never said how long bw is between the other games though like the rocket guy got a kid in between the time period
• then in bw i think its 23
• bw2 is 25
• and then by sumo they're 27

That almost matches up with the porygon thing but no one wants them to be in their 30s which is understandable
Pokespe is also having the same issue because every game is a new story sequel so by the time they’ve hit the XY and ORAS arc the RGBY gang are in the 25+ range and they’ll only get older

Edit: so the teraleak specifically says Red and Green are just like 20 lol
