Repost Time

Today is mostly just gonna be reposts from my pillowfort on the dreamwidth end. I'm hoping to wrap up my little chatroom saga on neocities after this then it's back to working on maintenance mode. I'm considering maybe having some kind of long form directory on my ficmap for things that are completed fics versus things that are concepts that I might return to later on.

Lately since i've been watching transformers, I want to write transformers fics, but the ones I've currently read all have like... alien terminology that I'd have to make a glossary for at this point. Like there's an entirely different time system.

I might use megaman as a practice entry? Just so I can like filter out stuff that I'd want to read through at least.
Also, maybe I should get more icons that aren't just pokemon. That would help a bit.

Theme swap

Gonna be trying to find a new theme that I like and is also readable that doesn't bug me so expect a few changes between here and there today.

WIP Lists

Earlier WIP Lists that no longer reflect what I'm currently doing, which is mostly just floundering about. Skipping NaNo helped me not be stressed but I really need a motivating lifeline aside from chatrooms so I can like, force my brain to work.

Rev up!

I'm gonna be revving up, expect a lot of FF14 stuff in the coming day/week depending on what I find on pillowfort. The rest will be reuploaded after the FF14 wave, but there's not as much that I've posted. The others will need to be actually worked on, spun and woven like a spindle of yarn or something. I’m also doubling down and looking through my zip archive of twitter for any old art I missed during my first gallery spot, which probably means a lot of FF14 art party content. I’m sure one day I’ll return to FF14 once my laptop finally croaks and I can get a new one.

Took me a few hours because I had to do a side thing, back to the posts. Anyways, here's an overview for a project I had during Battle Network's anniversary era called Prog Rock because a lot of things in megaman have music themes.

Briefing: Light of Hope + The End (reupload)

Before KHUX shut down, I once had an idea for a kingdom hearts fic that focused on some of the movies that weren’t in kingdom hearts and it would take place concurrently with Khux’s plot. I was reminded about it and decided to revitalize it a bit.

Initial Concepts 1 (BNX)

Back when I still called this tentative fic project Battle Network X. Mostly bullet points, hasn't been refined.

 

Battle Network is insane because you can mix in X, Classic, and Legends because all of them showed up and even then there’s still a lot of characters you may not get to. Megaman is quite the cast. Note that this was like, pre OC main character conversion, so it’s possible to just substitute Lan with whatever new name I come up for the new main character.

• Do the Mavericks picked have a cohesive theme to them?
• No these are just the ones who’s designs I think would work in BN but also some are designs I liked

BNX: Amusement Park Mayhem (Clown Man) (reupload)

Author’s notes: Probably my most unconventional work, but this is the “main story” I’m going to try and focus on for my non-MSQ related XIV stories. The two authors is a bit I’ve created solely because my written works vastly differ between analytical or emotional pieces. Maybe I’m overexplaining, but I feel the need to clarify in some areas. PTX: Q and A session 1

I didn't really sort these out when I grouped them together and I kinda just copy pasted into word without a worry for format. oops. Goes over my earlier intro and the verses I was writing. (though, the NPCverse was the one I made a blog for.) There are 8 sessions of this so there's quite a lot to work through now... I'll probably combine a few to keep space.

No November

Well, that's everything I've ever posted that was something I wrote.

Anyways, like I said on my dead cohost, I'm not doing NaNo.

I might do short story November but we're halfway through November and I haven't really done much.

Maybe like a daily drabble that's 200 words or something that's actually words and not just a phone note.

Novel November is like, 1000 words per day, but I don't want to think about the word count as much as I want to make something.
What I need to do is pick a prompt and just write something, even if it's a few sentences. Better than nothing.
